Complaints Procedure

We do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied. In that case, we would like to hear from you, so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.

Submitting a complaint

Do you have a complaint about a product or our service? Please contact us by email or via the contact form. Always include:

  • Your name
  • The order number
  • A clear description of the complaint
  • Any photos for clarification

Handling your complaint

We aim to respond to your complaint within 2 working days. You will receive a detailed response from us with a suitable solution.

Solution

We will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. This may include replacement, repair or a (partial) refund, depending on the situation.

Disputes

If you are unable to resolve the issue with us, you can submit your complaint to the dispute resolution committee via the European ODR platform:
