Return Policy

We do our utmost to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order according to the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • If possible, in the original packaging
  • Products must not show any damage or signs of use
  • Custom-made or specially ordered products are excluded from return

Return Process

  1. Register your return via email or contact form

    Always include:

    • Your name
    • The product you wish to return
    • The order number
  2. You will receive further instructions from us
  3. Return the product well-packaged
  4. Keep your proof of shipment safe

Cost of Return Shipment

The costs for returning are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

Rejected Returns

If a return does not meet our conditions, we may reject it. This applies, among other things, to products that:

  • Are used or damaged
  • Are incomplete or missing parts
  • Are not (properly) packaged, causing damage during transport
  • Contain clear signs of use, odors, or dirt

In case of a rejected return, we will contact you. The product can be returned to you at your request. The shipping costs for this are for the customer's account. In this case, no refund will be made.

Exceptions

Returns are not possible for:

  • Products that have been specially purchased at your request.

Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Product

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos if possible. We will provide a suitable solution.
